DESIGNS
Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of being a web and digital content strategist for the University of Notre Dame, marketing professional for an art center, the lead designer and fabricator for a sign shop. I enjoy the collaborative process and utilizing my communication and interpersonal skills to help others. This page presents select projects throughout my career.
University of notre dame
2023 - Present
Notre Dame fosters a welcoming and vibrant campus where students, faculty, and staff are united in their commitment to creating an inclusive community and making a difference in the world. As the Web & Digital Content Strategist, I have the pleasure of crafting department, center, and institutional websites to recruit new students and highlight research excellence.
My role is to work with each department, center, and institute within the College of Arts & Letters to redo their sites information architecture. I work with individual teams of staff and faculty to update content, then collaborate with the university web team developers and designs to execute branded website that meet each client's goals.
I invite you to explore some of these sites below.
Krasl Art Center
2018 - Present
KAC offers the opportunity to collaborate with designers as well as utilize my skills in the Adobe Suite. As a non-profit, my role as Marketing Manager included both aspects, depending on the project budget and timeline.

Exhibition Interpretation
KAC hosted 5 – 6 exhibitions in each of its 2 galleries during my time as marketing manager. Under the direction of the curator and curatorial assistant, I created the introduction and interpretation panels for many of the exhibitions. The designs ranged from panels of text and images to cut vinyl letters. Each design was a unique and collaborative endeavor between marketing and curatorial departments.
I also oversaw the creation of marketing postcards and handheld interpretation materials. More examples can be viewed by clicking on individual images in the gallery.
EDUCATION POSTCARDS
Six studios are dedicated to education programs at KAC. My role as marketing manager was to create the direct mail campaign postcard for each trimester of classes. The designs incorporated artwork created by a student and promotion of class schedules via QR code(s), with supporting images of students and their artwork.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: NEWSLETTER
Three times a year, members of Krasl Art Center receive the Art Update, a newsletter that shares information from each department. The newsletter took on many ideations during my tenure, with the most recent version being a collection of 6 cards that members are encouraged to share with friends.
An archive of all KAC newsletters is available on their website, and highlights from my career are included on this site. My role provided creative direction to an outsourced graphic designer and communicates the needs of staff.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: KRASL ART FAIR
As the largest fundraiser for Krasl Art Center, my responsibilities for the Krasl Art Fair on the Bluff included many design elements. I identified the marketing theme each year through the Fine Art poster, which then influenced merchandise and VIP guest materials. When available, I worked with hired designers for advertisements, signs, and the annual guidebook but also had the opportunity to create each element when needed.

MISCELLANEOUS DESIGNS
While supporting all departments at KAC, I had the ability to design event postcards, holiday cards, annual calendars, interior signage, and other miscellaneous projects to enhance the guests' experience.

ART FX SIGNS & GRAPHICS
2015 - 2018
Art FX gave me the opportunity to create custom graphics for school athletic and extracurricular clubs, create signs and graphics for local businesses, and create custom vinyl projects for vehicles and beyond. The skills learned at the sign shop influenced my career and approach to other marketing projects.
SIGNS
The bulk of my career at Art FX focused on fabricating and assisting with the installation of signs the owner designed, but I had the opportunity to create several stand-out designs. I enjoyed creating print and cut vinyl projects in my career at the sign shop.
Another element of the sign shop was logo design, which is also included in the gallery.

APPAREL DESIGN
As one of two designers at Art FX, one main project I worked on was the creation of custom designs for local schools and businesses' apparel. Organizers would bring ideas, and I helped create a design that fits their budget on the 6-color press.

VEHICLE WRAPS
The biggest learning experience for my position at Art FX was applying vinyl to vehicles. I have had the pleasure of wrapping casino vans, radio trucks, public safety vehicles, casino buses, HVAC vans, and more.
